  • How to register for a new account?

    ● Register with your phone number: Enter your phone number, then obtain and enter the SMS verification code to complete registration.
    ● Third-party account authorization: You can quickly log in by authorizing with your Apple ID or Google account.

  • What should I do if I don't receive the SMS verification code during registration?

    ● Please check if your phone number was entered correctly.
    ● Make sure your phone has a strong signal and is not suspended due to unpaid bills.
    ● If multiple attempts still fail, please contact our customer service and provide your phone number. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • If i forgot my password, how can I find it?

    If you have set a password, please contact our official email address at florian@innovatebeyond.me, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • What should I do if the app crashes or doesn't function properly after logging in?

    ● Restart the app: Fully close the application and reopen it.
    ● Check for updates: Go to the app store to see if a new version needs to be installed.
    ● Clear cache: Find "App Management" in your phone's system settings and clear DesiLive's cache (this will not delete your personal data).
    ● Reinstall: If the problem persists, we recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the app from official sources.

  • How to change password or delete account?

    If you wish to delete your account or change your password, you can do so by accessing the settings button on the "ME" page.

  • What is an AI Voice Room? How is it different from a regular voice room?

    ● AI Host/Assistant: The room may feature AI characters acting as hosts, guests, or assistants to guide topics and interact with users.
    ● Smart Interaction: You can engage in real-time voice conversations with AI, which can understand your context and provide intelligent responses.
    ● Immersive Scenarios: Multiple themed scenarios (such as storytelling sessions, oral practice, psychological counseling, etc.) are provided, with AI creating an immersive atmosphere.

  • What can I do in an AI Voice Room?

    ● Converse with AI: Freely chat with AI characters, discuss various topics, or seek advice.
    ● Interact On Mic: Request to go on mic for in-depth, multi-turn conversations with the AI and other users.

  • How do I enter an AI Voice Room?

    Log into your account, enter the app, and navigate to the voice room list. You will see the AI Voice Rooms there - simply select one to start interacting with the AI.

  • How do I start a game?

    Log into your account, enter the app, and go to the Discover list where you'll find the game entrance. Tap to enter and begin interacting with other members through games.

  • What is the "Card Swiping" feature?

    "Card Swiping" is an interactive format where cards appear on the screen one by one. You can use gestures such as swiping left or right to express your preferences, make choices, or trigger different interactive effects.

  • Common Gestures

    ● Swipe right: Indicates "like," "agree," or "select."
    ● Swipe left: Indicates "dislike," "skip," or "reject."

  • What information should I prepare before submitting feedback?

    ● Your User ID/Account: Usually found on the [Me] page.
    ● Time of Occurrence: Please provide the specific date and approximate time.
    ● Detailed Description: What happened? What were you doing at the time?
    ● Device & Network Info: Your phone model and app version number.
    ● Screenshots/Screen Recording: This is the most direct evidence to illustrate the issue.

  • Which channels can I submit my feedback?

    ● [Recommended] In-App Feedback:
      a. Open the app and go to the [Me] section.
      b. Find [Settings] and enter [Help & Feedback].
      c. Select the issue type and describe your situation in detail. Images and files can be uploaded.
